Based on the findings obtained from an in-depth interview with every student and – when required – their companies, WW draws up a personalised action plan. WW action plans set out the objectives, needs and interests of every course participant, as well as the hours when classes will take place.
With the aim of ensuring best results, progress is carefully monitored throughout the course. Close monitoring may lead to changes being made to the initial action plan with the student’s prior agreement.
At the end of a WW course, every participant receives a detailed report on all aspects of their learning process and includes recommendations for further study.
